Let’s start at the beginning. First we want to have a parental PIN. A four-digit code that will serve to unlock the parental control and that will give us access to the content that we have blocked for age reasons.
When you go into Settings > Parental PIN, you will need to enter the current code and then the new PIN you want to set. As the screen indicates, you will finally have to press the Back button on your remote to make the change. If you do not remember your PIN, you should contact Movistar by calling 1002.
