IMF Smart Education has been recognized with the EFQM 500+ European Seal of Excellence, awarded by the Club Excelencia en Gestión (CEG). This recognition reinforces IMF’s commitment to the adoption of good management practices and the continuous improvement of its business processes, resulting in a very high level of satisfaction among our students.
The EFQM Model is a tool based on the self-assessment of an organization based on a series of fundamental concepts of Excellence, taking into account the facilitating agents, such as leadership, strategy or people management, and the results obtained by these facilitating agents in society or in customer satisfaction.

The EFQM Assessment is a global strategic reflection that offers a comprehensive view of the organization’s management, helping it to enhance its strengths and take advantage of opportunities for improvement.
If your organization wants to initiate or is immersed in a process of improvement and transformation, the EFQM assessment is the ideal tool to measure where you are at any given moment and to be the lever to accelerate the transformation.
An EFQM Assessment is a strategic reflection, carried out with reference to the EFQM Model, which helps the organization to have a complete vision of its management. Excellent, innovative and sustainable management is achieved thanks to the perseverance and involvement of all the people who make up your organization.
The final result is the evaluation report, which includes the identification of strengths, opportunities for improvement and best practices, and the awarding of the EFQM Seal at the corresponding level.
