The company, which has seven physical points of sale in Madrid and Bizkaia, in addition to its online store, has a wide range of quality products, which are updated weekly, where we can find from clothing to footwear or accessories and jewelry.
Thus, its stores are focused on this philosophy, where all possible aspects are taken care of to get that good vibe that the brand also transmits with its product. The decoration, the atmosphere, the smell of the stores, the honesty, the teamwork and the desire to offer the best of themselves, together with a great human team, are some of the main characteristics of this firm that, without a doubt, is making an important place in the fashion sector in our country. In addition, it is already becoming a benchmark in terms of the concept of union between sales and wellness.

Something beautiful

Therefore, in addition to pampering its customers from the moment they enter the door of its 8 physical spaces until the time they wear any of the firm’s products, Hug & Clau also wants to take care of its team in an innovative and very special way. So, a few months ago, Carolina García, its Director and Founder, decided to start with the School of Happiness, a project that has worked perfectly and will continue to develop throughout 2020.
From the firm, they assure that the implementation of the School of Happiness is being very positive for the whole team, as it helps them to change their mentality and to be able to consider any situation as possible, overcoming all the limiting beliefs that prevent them from reaching their goals. The key is to learn to transform negative thoughts into positive ones and create opportunities for less favorable situations. All of this is being reflected not only in the attitude of each employee, but also in a much better working environment.
