The projects are diverse, so a wide range of profiles are needed, from technicians with higher vocational training degrees in mechatronics, maintenance, analysis laboratory, commercial management and marketing and child education, among other degrees, to engineers or economists.
Assembly of audiovisual productions, work on energy efficiency programs, supervision of hospital diets, market research or supervision of production lines are just some of the 60 projects in which young people who win one of these internationalization scholarships will be able to participate for a minimum period of 6 months.

Beint scholarships

This scholarship program offers young people with university degrees and higher vocational training a powerful mechanism that allows them to carry out paid internships in companies and organizations abroad, in activities and projects related to their academic and professional profile for at least 6 months.
For the rest of the languages, no level tests will be carried out; the corresponding diplomas must have been presented with the rest of the candidate’s documentation. We remind you that for the rest of the languages it is not essential that the organization issuing the diploma is official, and the corresponding level can be documented by academies or private teachers.
Remember that, depending on the profile requested by the organization, you can select the scholarship for which you would like to apply. Only one application per candidate is allowed, however, during the selection process your application will be considered for all the scholarships for which your profile may fit.

El Global Training es un programa de apoyo destinado a jóvenes titulados vascos (universitarios y de FP superior) y ofrece la oportunidad de realizar prácticas remuneradas en el extranjero durante una estancia de entre 6 y 12 meses.
Este año 2019, AFM (Asociación Española de Industrias de Máquina-Herramienta) e Ikaslan (Asociación de Centros Públicos Vascos de FP) ofrecen 60 becas de Formación Global sólo para titulados de FP.
El Departamento de Desarrollo Económico y Competitividad del Gobierno Vasco promueve estas becas para facilitar la adquisición de competencias por parte de los jóvenes titulados vascos mediante la realización de prácticas en empresas y organismos extranjeros.
El programa Global Training conecta con las estrategias de desarrollo industrial del Gobierno Vasco y tiene como objetivo promover la formación práctica de los titulados vascos en el extranjero y mejorar el posicionamiento internacional de las empresas vascas.
Alfa-college es un Centro Educativo Regional (ROC) confesional de formación profesional y educación de adultos. El ROC ofrece una gama coherente de cursos que permiten a los jóvenes y a los adultos obtener cualificaciones para la formación continua y el mercado laboral.    Alfa-college cuenta con más de 11.500 estudiantes de entre 16 y 60 años y 1.000 empleados en varias divisiones en el noreste de los Países Bajos, con Groningen como centro. Alfa-college ofrece una amplia gama de formación profesional de grado medio (estudios empresariales, hostelería, turismo y ocio, seguridad, TIC, cuidados de belleza y bienestar, peluquería, atención sanitaria y social, comercio minorista, deportes, tecnología y educación de adultos a medida, entre los que los (jóvenes) pueden elegir, ajustándose a su ambición y talento, con lo que pueden obtener una posición sólida en el mercado laboral, ya que, además del comportamiento social, se presta atención al funcionamiento en una organización. Además, Alfa-college ofrece cursos a medida para las empresas y la industria.

GLOBAL TRAINING professional fellowships last between 6 and 12 months and include the payment of medical and liability insurance, as well as a period of on-site training, which is given to the selected individuals prior to their incorporation in the host company.
