K-tuin has 11 stores nationwide and will inaugurate its new Apple Premium Resellar store in Valencia on October 15 at 19.00 hours. In Madrid there are two stores: one at the Cuzco subway stop and the other next to the Opera subway stop. I went to the one in Cuzco and the truth is that I was not very happy. The store has a worse layout than the Apple Shops and the customer service leaves much to be desired.
In my case, battery problem that I already warned and that I commented, was totally ignored and they chose to keep it assuring me that in 4 days!!! they would call me and tell me the result of the test. I am a computer student and without a computer I basically can not do almost anything (practices, study …) so I asked when it would cost me to put the urgent diagnosis and they told me that it cost 80 eurazos (nothing reasonable), so I chose to leave it in normal.
After 5 days, they call me and tell me that the problem is with the battery (it can’t be, how could they have thought of that) and to go and pick it up and in 7 days they would call me again to pick up the new battery. I also asked about the charger (which sometimes failed and the light did not turn on and it seemed that the battery was not charging properly) and they ignored it completely.
