«Our R&D&I department allows us to implement the gastronomic trends that are most likely to attract our customers. Therefore, although the DNA of our gastronomy is Mediterranean, we like to incorporate dishes from other parts of the world,» says Gonzalo Calvo, founder of the Saona Group.
The restaurant offers a closed menu where you can choose from several starters, main courses and desserts with a closed price of 11.90 euros from Monday to Friday, except holidays at noon; a night menu, from Sunday to Thursday except eve of holidays, of 12.90 euros; and weekend, including holidays, of 14.90 euros for noon and 16.90 euros for Friday, Saturday and eve of holiday nights.
The Saona group currently has 260 employees and serves more than 2,500 meals a day, and does not rule out the possibility of gradually introducing in Madrid the rest of the models already operating in Valencia.
