The DIR3 codes are three mandatory details that must be specified in the electronic invoices issued to the public administrations of Spain. The 3 codes correspond to Managing Body, Processing Unit and Accounting Office.
Law 25/2013 regulates electronic invoicing in Spain and specifies the requirements and standards that must be met. The most widely used electronic invoice format internationally is XML (with all its variants), because it is a structured and standard format that can be easily processed by any system. The usual format in Spain is the proprietary XML format Facturae.
In Spain, electronic invoicing has been mandatory since 2015 for public administration providers (municipal councils, regional governments, Generalitat, health services, universities, etc.). Companies or freelancers who are subcontractors or public procurement contractors must also issue their invoices in electronic format.

There are many boats that come here, during the summer season, just to have a snack or order a rice in the beach bar No parking and no infrastructure (only the beach bar).
A wide beach formed by fine golden sand dunes. A very calm and familiar place. Even in summer it is not usually full, which allows you to camp peacefully on the sand and enjoy the sun without discomfort.
It is a beach not too big but very frequented during the summer months, as the locals are looking for two things; exclusivity, and lose sight of the hubbub of the city.  The most picturesque is the area of the Casitas del Garraf, old fishermen’s huts now rehabilitated that offer a very striking picture.
Ajuntament de CastelldefelsA beautiful urban beach. In Castelldefels (Barcelona) we find this beach of the same name. Located between two natural systems: the Llobregat river Delta and the Garraf limestone massif.
A wide and long beach, with fine-grained sand and calm waters. Very familiar during the day and much livelier at night. The beach bars are very varied and offer all kinds of activities in summer.

De eerste keer dat Olivier met Laure naar Barcelona ging, was een beetje een ramp. Hij wilde haar overhalen om naar de streek te verhuizen, maar het weer liet hem in de steek. Het regende, de wind waaide hard en de temperaturen daalden. De grijze hemel van die paar dagen was niet wat de jonge Fransman in gedachten had om zijn vriendin ervan te overtuigen Lyon te verlaten en zich in Catalonië te vestigen. «We komen wel terug,» dacht hij.
Hij zegt dat het eerste wat hem werd gevraagd toen hij in Catalonië aankwam, was: «Wat kun je doen?» Sindsdien is het non-stop geweest; hij heeft zijn baan als verkoper opgezegd en is begonnen met wat ‘s werelds meest gelezen Franse blog over FC Barcelona is geworden: Barça Inside. Bovendien is hij een paar jaar geleden begonnen met het organiseren van rondleidingen in Camp Nou voor toeristen uit de hele wereld. Hij is misschien wel één van de meest deskundige mensen over de faciliteiten van de club, maar Olympique Lyonnais sera toujours dans son cœur.
Maar de reis met het openbaar vervoer naar Vilafranca is op zich al de moeite waard: «Wanneer de trein Barcelona verlaat, zie je de ene mediterrane wijngaard na de andere en 40 minuten later ben je hier in Vilafranca. Bovendien ligt het treinstation midden in het centrum van de stad: «Het is een prima optie voor een dagtrip,» legt Olivier uit terwijl hij een kennis begroet.
