Our lady of the angels school
Metro line 3, thanks to the extension works that were inaugurated on April 21, 2007 with two stations under the Avenida de Andalucía that serve the Ciudad de los Ángeles. One of them is located between the Espinillo neighborhood and Ciudad de los Ángeles, it is the Ciudad de los Ángeles station and the other, called Villaverde Bajo-Cruce, in the area known as the Villaverde junction, at the confluence of Calle Alcocer, Carretera de Villaverde a Vallecas and Avenida de Andalucía.
Ciudad de los Ángeles belongs to Health Area 11 of the Community of Madrid. Its reference hospital is the Hospital Universitario 12 de Octubre, located 1.5 km from the northern part of the neighborhood. The Specialty Center of reference is the Cruce de Villaverde.

On June 24, took place the traditional End of Course Festival, under the theme «A World of Cinema». The event was enjoyed by the entire educational community and we were able to enjoy the different dances of movie musicals performed by our students.
The sixth grade students have made today a tour guided by technical staff of the Education Service through the old town, to observe from the outside some of the most important buildings of the city and thus approach the history and architecture of Murcia.
The activity consists of a visit guided by local policemen, in which the visit to the Children’s Traffic Park complements with practical activities the contents of Road Education that are developed in Primary Education (with talks in the classroom by local policemen). In these facilities, the circumstances that normally occur in real traffic are reproduced.
It has been published in the educational portal «EDUCARM», of the Consejería de Eucación, the experience carried out in January with our students, which has revolved around the Day of Peace.
