To complete this Week Against Waste, last September 28th, a Conference on Food Waste took place as the culmination of this week of activity at the Sports Center of CEIP Gonzalo de Berceo in Valladolid, where Aramark participated very actively through its GREEN PROJECT with a workshop for students to know and identify food and become familiar with them with the aim of achieving greater acceptance of the dishes they eat in the school canteen and thus promote «ZERO waste».

The PCR positives detected in members of the educational community have forced the Ministry of Education to close 29 new classrooms in the Community. The measure affects today eight groups in Burgos and as many in Palencia, one in Salamanca and one in Segovia, ten in Valladolid and one in Zamora (León has not communicated data today because it is a holiday).
