If you wish to terminate your contract with Holiday Gym before the expiration of the agreed terms, we recommend that you contact Holiday Gym directly. Early terminations are subject to Holiday Gym’s binding and individually verified, so you must have valid reasons that can support early termination, e.g. a medical certificate or a contract in another country. However, the agreed terms must be fulfilled in most cases without exception.
We will gladly assume responsibility for terminating your contract. You do not need to spend time researching the correct procedure to follow or writing the letter of cancellation. Nor do you need a printer, a stamp or a trip to the post office. Through us, you can terminate your contracts from home in the easiest and most convenient way!

The purpose of this Platform is to enable the consumer and the Company to find a solution to the dispute. The consumer (hereinafter the «User») formulates his/her complaint through the online Platform (hereinafter the «Complaint») and the Company also responds through the Platform, upon receipt of an email in which information relating to the User and the Complaint is sent to the Company so that it can respond to the Complaint.
