Excelente edificio y entorno. Merece la pena el largo trayecto para llegar hasta aquí. Sin embargo, al preguntar por la comida, el cocinero no estaba… así que nos desviaron a la vuelta de la esquina a un resto por debajo de la media, donde el joven camarero era muy educado y el chef, bueno… Cuevas está fuera de los caminos trillados y sé que es difícil tener existencias para los menús, pero una buena visita significa que la gente vuelve, como yo lo hice, mientras que una decepción…
Bonito lugar, gran ubicación, gran hotel y excelente servicio. Muy limpio y gran decoración. Te trasladas a otra época. El pueblo está lleno de historia, hay que hacer la visita guiada para darse cuenta de lo que fue. El Maestrazgo simplemente increíble, desde allí hay que visitar Montoro y Molinos obligados como mínimo.
No volveremos. Un hotel, solo para hacerse la foto. El Spa deja mucho que desear, para empezar está fuera del hotel, algo bastante incómodo porque hay que cruzar una calle para ir al spa. Fuimos al SPA, IMPOSIBLE entrar en el jacuzzi, ¡el agua helada! ¡Congelada! ¡Le dimos a las burbujas y tuvimos que salir del olor a lejía que no aguantaba! Se empezó a hacer una espuma en el jacuzzi que empezó a salir por todos los productos químicos que si llegamos a entrar los trajes de baño a tirar. El baño turco no funcioba. Las tumbonas calientes tampoco. El Hotel solo tiene Wifi en recepción (que es frío que te mueres) y no hay cobertura en ninguna parte del pueblo, así que aislado. En El comedor te mueres de frío, insoportable. Parece mentira que un pueblo con temperaturas tan bajas en invierno, no tenga un hotel preparado para el frío, estuvimos con el abrigo casi todo el tiempo dentro del hotel menos en la habitación. Imposible dormir, las habitaciones están pegadas al campanario y tocan cada hora. Para nosotros, nada recomendable. Es bonito de ver, pero ni barato ni acogedor en invierno.

The bad roads in the area and not being able to extend a little the night, if it is not outside the village. The two restaurants there close early and there are no bars after 23:30h. Of course, if you want tranquility, that is an incentive.
