The building, commissioned by Martell Investments, stands on the site of the old building that was the first headquarters of RTVE, which the company bought in 2015. It has 4 floors plus attic and its apartments have a surface area of around 200 m2. The distribution of each apartment has been customized. It is made of concrete, stone, steel, glass and wood.
Among the singularities of its architecture is the 45-degree turn of its facades, to seek sunlight and avoid the frontal and very close view of the adjacent buildings; the elevation, five meters above the street level, of the communal area and with it, the housing floors, to avoid the great unevenness of the street, the enclosure of the second floor and reduce the impact of road traffic. As an architectural resource, a large porticoed communal entrance area, which includes a swimming pool and a gymnasium, is created in height.

The 11 dwellings that make up the complex have a fairly free floor plan organization, achieving the spatial richness provided by concavity in architecture, in a convex object, and providing privacy, both in the interior and exterior spaces.
Constructively, the use of concrete, stone, steel, glass and wood, always linked to a function and the form derived from it, contribute to a clear reading of the studied geometry and proportions of the object.

Considered one of the most exclusive real estate operations in Madrid, the building, just a few meters from the Castellana, has been designed as a large sculpture.
