Skintegra infrared reviews serum infrared review
And after the good reception of chapter zero of Cristina Mitre’s podcast, here is the long-awaited chapter 1 (direct link to the episode on Ivoox here) with an interview with the pharmacist Gema Herrerías, one of the best experts in dermo-pharmacy (don’t miss her blog). In this episode, Gema answers many of the questions that you often ask me through social networks, from what order to apply cosmetics, how to combine vitamin C, glycolic acid and retinoids or how to protect the skin from the sun when we are not at the beach or if we want to wear makeup. We talk about routines that work, false myths around cosmetics, such as the classic «Does vitamin C stain the skin? Can a serum be used alone?». This (and much) more in this episode 1 of Cristina Mitre’s podcast. Here is the link to subscribe to the podcast and here is the link to download the Ivoox app in case you want to listen directly from the application. Also available in iTunes. Don’t forget to subscribe to the blog so you don’t miss anything, because every Sunday, I will post the new episode of the podcast here.
Battle of the wise
The pharmacist and dermo-cosmetics expert, Gema Herrerías, visits the podcast again (you can listen to the first episode with her here) to talk to us about everything you need to know about sun protection. We will review the different filters (physical and chemical) and how to recognize them on the labels, we will know if there are differences between the formulas in the pharmacy and those in the supermarket. We will also talk about spots, vitamin C and ingredients such as retinol and glycolic acid, can they be used in summer? And we will debunk several myths, among them, that sunscreen does not give you a tan. And yes, we will also report on the banning of two chemical filters in Hawaii, starting in 2021, and their potential effect as endocrine disruptors.
Also, we’ll find out which formulas are best suited for oily and sensitive skin and how we should protect ourselves at the beach and in urban areas. And the million-dollar question: Is digital photoaging a myth or a reality, and should we use sunscreen when in front of the computer? All in this chapter 18.

I know you were as eager as I was for the second season of the podcast to begin. Well, here I am with the first installment: how to create a beauty routine. It’s easy to get confused with the order of products and, besides, cosmetic marketing doesn’t always make it easy and, with so many treatments, it’s hard to know if you need a nourishing, an anti-aging or a night cream. This first chapter is a particular back to school beauty to review the basics, so you can build a simple beauty routine that works. I leave you below all the notes of the podcast.
I hope you enjoy this new installment. So you don’t miss anything, don’t forget to subscribe to this blog and the podcast, via iTunes (here), Spreaker (here) and Ivoox (here). And if you can give me a few stars and leave a comment in iTunes I appreciate it, because it helps me to grow and to continue developing this content, THANK YOU! See you again next Sunday with a new expert interview.
