After the 1.8, took the 1.4 for budgetary reasons. Both cars were new, the difference in dynamics – noticeable, especially at low levels. Does not burn oil (thfu, thfu, thfu). After 2500 rpm and connection of a turbine – about the same. The 1,4 warms up much faster, and in winter with children it is for me a decisive plus. More economical, cheaper tax. If I have to change the car – I’ll look at the 1.8 again. Purely IMHO.

Now a superd with the same motor but does not eat oil. So 1.4 was probably more finalized. By the way the difference in dynamics 1.4-1.8 still palpable:) but 1.4 Cheate up to 180 and budnt almost 1.8 (objektivno slightly do not pull yet) Motor in winter warms up quickly due to cooling exhaust manifold.
